Supervisor invented his own measure, what to do on APPI?

I did a practicum at a VA where my supervisor made up his own short neuropsych battery/test. He took parts of subtests from various well known measures (Halstead-Reitan, Luria Nebraska, Austin diagnostic exam of aphasia, WMS,WAIS, clock drawing, and others) and made his own questions with influence from the Boston process approach and put them together. I administered, scored, and wrote a report for 20+ of this battery/test. Obviously this is not listed as one of the tests in Time2Track. Therefore I have a good amount of neuropsych test administration hours but not many tests or measures in my testing experience section.

Is there a part of the APPI where I can explain something like this? Any suggestions? I probably can't count those 20+ tests as integrated reports right as as only parts of subtests or measures were given? Or can I?
 
To my knowledge, T2T is only a tool to help collect the data we'll need to fill out the APPIC application. On the app there are spaces for "Other measures" under neuropsych and you can include "# Clinical Reports Written with this Measure"

Their definition of an integrated report is

An integrated report includes a history, an interview, and at least two tests from one or more of the following categories: personality assessments (objective, self-report, and/or projective), intellectual assessment, cognitive assessment, and/or neuropsychological assessment. These are synthesized into a comprehensive report providing an overall picture of the patient/client.

So if it meets those criteria, I think you can include it.
 
Not to hijack, but how have other schools interpreted the definition of integrated report? We do pretty thorough assessments for our intakes and have typically interpreted "personality" as both personality and psychopathology since it seems strange that measures of symptom distress (or similar constructs), which probably make up the bulk of measures and oftentimes the most useful for making treatment decisions, would not count for anything. Just curious if this is typical across institutions - we ended up contacting APPIC about the issue who gave us an equally vague answer that basically amounted to them giving it the okay.

Also curious if people count both reports if they do both an intake report and a termination report (assuming comprehensive assessment was done at both times and you weren't simply restating the intake data in the termination.
