I'm trying to fill out the supplemental application for UPENN and theres an essay question that asks:

1. Please list any additional predental experience not included in your AADSAS application. This experience can include but not limited to observation in a private practice, dental clinic, or hospital setting; dental assisting; dental laboratory work; dental research, etc. Please include time allotted to each activity, dates of attendance, location, and description of your experience. If you do not have any predental experience, please indicate what you plan to do in order to explore dentistry as a career prior to matriculation.
   

I don't get the part that says "if you don't have ANY predental experience....". I have shadowing and volunteer hours but I have already listed it on my AADSAS application. Other than that, I don't have anymore dental related experience. What else would they expect us to put in there? Am I reading this wrong?

I remember reading that and questioning it last year. I just listed my shadowing experience again, but elaborated on more of what I did, observed, etc. I also said that I planned to continue shadowing and go to some dental labs. It worked for me.
