Do we get notified when supplemental applications are available to be filled? or are they already available? If they are, where would i find them on the ADDSAS application?

There's a Supplemental Information link there on the left in AADSAS. It's a summary of what and when schools require fees and applications if they have them. Check there first, then verify on your individual school websites. Some will invite you to pay and/or supply supplemental material. Others want it now (soon) and you're expected to do those yourself.
Besides this summary of information, none of these things will be available on AADSAS. You deal with schools now.
