What am I supposed to be saying on some of these supplemental apps? University of Minnesota wants a 6000 character essay on my orientation to dentistry. Then they want another essay on what sets me apart.

I feel like the majority of this is covered under my personal statements and AADSAS. Is the personal statement and the supplemental essays supposed to be complete different from each other?

Thats a huge opportunity to stand out. The 4500 character personal statement is so minimal and short, you should probably take use of the opportunity to say more about yourself. We can't write this for you. You know you better than anyone.
Definitely don't write "refer to my personal statement"
