Hey all, quick question:

I just submitted my AADSAS general app, for the schools that have supplemental apps available on their websites--be it just a fee or a bit more--should I go ahead and submit payments or wait until my application is verified?

I paid before my app got verified for schools that didn't need to reach out via email for the fee.

It depends. Some schools want you to pay the fee right away and others want you to wait for them to contact you before you pay the fee. Check their website and it should say. Paying early, in some instances, can slow down your application process because they cannot properly link your payment to your application.
