Does extra curricular activities include volunteer work??? Or just things you have been doing outside of paid work, school, and volunteering?

I would say that this gives you license to use volunteering in the community, provided another question on the supplemental does not specifically address volunteering, of course.

(e.g., recreational or athletic activities, hobbies,
club participation etc.)


So under which essay would we talk about pharmacy volunteer?

It depends on what else you have been doing. Pick the things that you want to showcase the most and pick the most appropriate question to use for each activity.
