Supplemental Fee Waivers - issues

Hey guys!

So I finished my Duke secondary a few weeks ago, and put in my request for the secondary application fee waiver on 7/6. STILL NO WAIVER! I called not once, not twice, but three times and they keep telling me that they are behind on this. Does anyone else have this problem with Duke or other schools? Did you receive a fee waiver, and if so, when did you request? I appreciate any info!

I emailed about 3 different times each about a week apart, but after the last one they finally responded and waived it for me. Hopefully it works out for you! I would send an email again detailing what you've done so far to make it seem more urgent.

Just FYI, I got personally invited to an interview by the director of admissions the day after I submitted my secondary because I was polite and patient when communicating with the administrative coordinator. It wasn't at Duke, but patience goes a long way.
