I'm curious which schools subscribe to this method. I'm aware that Maryland basically follows this policy but are there any other schools that do the same?

Harvard only gives secondaries to people who are invited to interviews =)

Do not get supplemental's confused with secondary fees. =P

They're often sent together, but not always.
