Supplementary material processing w/o online submission

Will SFMatch process mailed supplementary material if an application isn't submitted online yet?

Since it takes about 2 weeks for them to process material I was hoping to wait for a few things to finalize before hitting the submit button, but don't wanna risk delaying my material processed.

Does anyone have experience with this?
