Support for revisit weekends

Since were already taking about support for the interviews...

I had originally assumed that schools cover everything for the revisits, but then I got the information from Rochester saying something like "discounted airfare" for the revisit...whatever that means. Are there any other schools that don't cover the revisit completely?

All the schools that I know of pay for the re-visit completely... They are trying to recruit you, so they will bring out the big guns to impress you.

I know Penn used to not offer to pay for revisit, but current students say that if you asked nicely they would pay. I don't know if that's still the case.

That's sort of what I thought.

Out of curiosity, I actually did contact the Rochester admin since I made this post. For anyone interested in going to their revisit, the info that they automatically send out is outdated. Apparently, everything is actually reimbursed.

UCSF pays accepted applicants for the revisit, they also invite applicants on the waitlist but won't pay for their costs.

Hummm, divide your cost by the duration of your stay, and you'll get your hourly salary😀 But don't settle for anything less than $9.36/hr, that's the minimum wage in SF!
