If I switch a class in the Fall (say from a biology to a psych course), do I have to tell all of the schools somehow? Since they're expecting me to take this biology class, I don't want to be dishonest about it. I've already done almost every secondary, so telling them in the secondaries isn't an option. Does it not matter? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Yes.

If you don't, it's lying and they can rescind your acceptance.

I would say that you need to tell them, but to wait until your fall semester actually starts just in case you decide to switch again. Once you know your fall schedule for certain, go onto the school websites and see if they say anything about sending updates. Some schools won't let you unless you get an interview invite but other schools let you via e-mail at any time. If the website doesn't tell you, you can always call them. Good luck!

you are not required to take the classes you list as "future" on AMCAS. its just to give the schools an idea of what you might take. They know things change.
If it is a bio class that is a requirement and you have a school that needed it completed this fall, you'll want to let them know.
Otherwise, they'll see it once you send your final transcript or if you really want to you can send it as an update later on.

You aren't "lying" and you're not going to have your acceptance revoked unless it was a prereq for admission and you never take it by the time they require it

👍 Agree. This is correct. You're not locked into any of your current/future coursework. My actual schedule deviated quite a bit from my proposed one, but as long as your requirements get done, schools won't care.

(As a corollary - because of this, current/future courses probably don't impress them too much)
