Did anyone of u know someone switch out of psych?and why?

I only know one physician that switched from psychiatry to neurology. His reasoning is that he felt more like a social worker than a psychiatrist. I have met many who have switched from other specialties (IM, plastics, FP and OB/GYN) to psychiatry, for various reasons.
