So I have completed all my secondaries, and even received a few interviews, but now that interview season is here, I am starting to think I need to rearrange my class load for this semester. Is it important to email every school about this change, even if you are going to have all the same classes finished by the time you graduate? For example, I am dropping a class this semester (before the add/drop deadline) and I am going to add it next semester.

No, switching classes around doesn't require that you inform all the schools you applied to. In fact, not taking classes you said you were going to take (non-prereqs, of course) also doesn't warrant it. There were a few classes that I had on my "future course" on AMCAS that I ended up not taking and it was not a big deal at all.

Thanks for the reply, that is quite a relief.

+1 I have made changes without notifying, as well.
