switching from 4-year to 3-year Navy HPSP

I'm a third year dental student who is signed up for the 4-year Navy HPSP. Does anyone know if it's possible to shorten the years of payback and switch to a 3-year HPSP? I haven't yet received payments for my 4th year of dental school, but I realize that this is still a stretch.
