Hi all,
I am curious how difficult it is to switch from a different residency into Ob/Gyn. Does anyone have experience with this either personally or with other residents in their program? This has been posted before but a while ago, and I know ob/gyn has become increasingly competitive recently.
I was conflicted about Ob/Gyn given how many people try to dissuade you from it, so I picked something else. Now I'm concerned I made the wrong choice. I want to give my chosen residency a fair chance - if down the road I still regret not applying ob/gyn, how difficult will it be to change once you're already in residency for a different field?
