My understanding is that B cells are produced in the bone marrow but they migrate, grow and mature in the lymph nodes and spleen? Is this correct?

T lymphocytes are produced and mature in the Thymus. T lymphocytes may be present in spleen and lymph nodes but they are not produced over there. They are also not produced in the bone marrow. Is this correct?

Oh all those hematopoietic cells are in the bone marrow, including the ones that eventually become T cells, so yeah they all have to start from there. But yeah other than that you sound correct.
