Tablet PC suggestions

It's time for a new tablet pc for my EHR (AllMeds). I have entertained the thought of using my IPAD but screen too small. Any suggestions on something reasonably priced, durable and not too heavy? Any have experience with Fujitsu slate pc's ?

I used to recommend Fujitsu to friends and other physicians. My personal favorite is the ThinkPad X230t.

Wait until it comes pre installed with Windows 8. I have been using Windows 8 (developer edition) and it very touch screen and tablet friendly.

i have used exclusively Fujitsu PC Laptops for 8 years and i swear by them, if Mac is not an option, which it is not for me at work. so i assume their tablets are quality. Their professional series of computers are great. Not as good as a Mac...

I love me some Mac. at home, i wont go near a PC, i am actually allergic to it, just like Tramadol, NSAIDs, Gabapentin, Cymbalta, Latex and tape.
