I go to a state university as a full time student but I am also taking anatomy right now at a community college and planning to take some pre-reqs for PT at a comm college because it's harder to get into classes at my school rather than in comm college. I am doing this so I can graduate on time and i would have the pre-reqs for PT school by then.

Would PT schools frown upon that and think I'm doing this to make it easier on myself?

I didn't have any problems with it. I had an ex science degree, but took anatomy and physiology, and both physics at a community college. I did this because I picked up a double major in my junior year, and had to take classes elsewhere to graduate on time (kind of similar to you). As long as you do well, they probably won't even notice or ask about it.

I did most of my science pre-reqs in a community college except for physics 1 and 2. I don't think it is a big deal. I know some people saw that classes are easier at a community college but I learned and retained more from those classes than I have in most of the classes taken at a university. Your GPA is what is most important in the end.

What from I can tell it's not an issue at the majority of schools.
Just be aware that some schools do require that you take certain classes at a 4-year university.

I spent my first two years of school at a community college (and might i add that all my professors were at the doctorate level). Every PT pre-req was taken there, and I just got accepted into PT school. I feel that the majority of PT schools are looking at the grades rather than where the classes were taken at. So just make sure your grades are great and it should be just fine!
