Hi,
I'm a sophomore planning on applying to med school next yr. I'm wondering if it's ok to take one semester at an easier university (I go to a top university) and taking lots of science classes and getting As to boost my (pretty low) science gpa so that I have a shot in the next cycle. Do med schools look down on this??

Thanks

It's possible they'll see right through it and think that you're just taking the "easy way" out. But what do you mean an "easier university"? Do you mean a CC or another full-fledged university? Also, keep in mind that if you go to a top school, chances are your grades are already inflated, and most state schools have harsher curves.
