I have taken both A&P I and II and this semester I am applying to schools (1. Kent, 2. DMU, 3. Scholl). In the spring I will take one more class before I go to school (hopefully) in August and wanted pod school students advice on which one they would recommend. I work full time and have kids so I can only manage (and stand) to take one class a semester so I wanna make this one count. Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the quick reply, I appreciate it. Saw your profile that you are a pod student, what school/year? Also if I can swing taking another class (along with micro), would you make it Biochem, histology or anything else?

im taking both, this up and coming semester. i figure since i will see them both in pod school, why not?

Don't know if I can swing it so I wanna take the most important class before going to school.

You can swing any class if you work hard enough. Taking Micro + Bio Chem is nothing when comarring the load of classes you will have to take in podiatry school. Might as well ramp up some class load now.

---anyway---

I took both Micro and Bio Chem last semester. Got both A's, and i'm no genius.

There was overlap in both courses. I think it would be more beneficial to take Micro first, because its a more general look at biology on a micro level.

In biochem you look toward the mechanics, and pathways of those different things you learn in Micro. Also taking Ochem before biochem would be good.
