Taking course the summer I apply?

Hey guys, I just needed some help here:

If I send my applications June 1st. Can I take one last required course the summer after I apply and just note on my application that it will be complete by the time summer is over?

This is in regards to orgo lab II. I was thinking of just taking it the summer after I apply so I can focus on my MCAT (April 23) While taking orgo II and anatomy/Phys 2 so I don't have that extra load.

Orgo lab is easy but it's such a time sink it would just get in the way.

Should be fine. Just make sure to note it as coursework in progress. As long as all pre-reqs are done by matriculation, schools won't mind.

I'm a current senior applying this year (have IIs, acceptances blah blah). I'm taking orgo lab my senior spring and no one has expressed an issue with that.
