I already took the CK on August. Was schedule to take CS on Dic 27 but do to flight problems i reschedule it for late Jan. Will programs still rank me if i dont have my results before Feb???

Not every program is the same; some will rank you, some won't. But it also depends on your Step 1 score, the competitiveness of the field/specialty you're applying to and your performance on the interviews. It depends on too many factors and you probably won't get the definitive answer you're looking for...

But if you want a definitive answer, then you might want to call the places where you have interviewed and ask them specifically.

Ditto this. And the policy about which programs won't rank you is somethings tricky to find. Contact individual schools to find out. If you like the program and they don't rank without the Step 2 CS, beg.
