Taking English/Math Prerequisites at CC

Hi guys,

I'm graduating soon and for those schools that don't accept AP credit and require a year of math and English, I still need one quarter/semester left of both subjects to take. whoopdeedoo...

I was wondering if it was okay to take them at CC as opposed to a 4-year university. I feel like non-science courses wouldn't really matter but any comments?
