Taking my DAT tomorrow after 2 weeks of studying.. fml..

I didn't plan to be sick during winter break and I couldn't postpone my test any longer since >1 year, stupid me. I thought the processing would be awhile so I purchased the test last year during New Year's Eve.

So far, I've done quite well on mini-practice test dedicated section by section, but I still haven't done a full-length practice test yet. Any advice? Well, I'll take it all tomorrow noon anyway.

hchc.... you only have 1 year from the day you register to take the exam, to take the exam. therefore op cannot reschedule. if he/she wants to take it on another date, he/she will have to miss the appointment and schedule for another test.

Hahaha.. I guess I didn't do that well. The computer suddenly crash on me at the last 15 mins during QR section. It took them awhile to reboot. I hate it this. But, either way, I knew coming in that I wasn't prepared at all. I studied everyday since the 18th til Jan. 4, except Xmas. so about 2 weeks and 3 days.

hey, at least you know what it is like to take the DAT. One thing for sure is it can't get worse than this, if you put in more studying time. Sorry to hear that the computer crashed on you though. I remember reading a breakdown a year ago that this same thing happened. They reported the incident and was able to retake the DAT at no cost. I tried finding the thread but wasn't able to find it. Anyways with some studying, you will be fine. goodluck!

it's a little different because your computer crashed during the QR, but hey maybe it's worth a try. Maybe you'll get a free DAT in there somewhere if they give you a retake.

I also didn't get a print out right after the test since their printer is broken, so they suggest to file a reimbursement or appeal to get my money back. I'll try this, hope to get something for the inconvenience.
