I took OChem 2 during my freshman year spring semester where I did poor enough to warrant a retake. Two years later, and I'm currently retaking it in the summer. I am wondering how this would work out when inputting classes on AMCAS (I will be applying a few cycles from now). My school has a separate course listing for Freshman OChem 2 and regular OChem 2. Weirdly enough, second semester freshman OChem is called "Freshman Organic Chemistry II" but regular second semester OChem is just called "Organic Chemistry" (with a higher course number to indicate that it is the second semester course). Should I list all of my OChem classes together (all 3) even though there are gaps in the dates? Or should I go chronologically? I want to make it clear that I did retake OChem 2, just a few years later.

You will input them all as different courses as they are not repeats, they are different courses. And list them in the order and exactly matching how they are on your transcripts to minimize errors.
