Taking only 13 credits this semester?

I was reading an article that said most medical schools look for students who take 2 sciences a semester. I dropped chemistry so my GPA doesn't suffer with the professor. I was planning on taking it next semester with a different professor. So do you think I should add in another Bio course or another science course? Does taking 13 credits put me in a disadvantage versus taking 17 credits? I'm trying to transfer next year too.

Complete non issue. Medical schools definitely have people who only took the required pre-req classes.
