Another GOOD IDEA= WHEN you rest have alarm watch where u can doze off for 5 mins. Lie on the ground in rest area and put your legs up on wall like: L or peprendicular. that way not only u rest, u also have blood flow going down to your brain. reverse blood flow. Normally we only use 25% blood to brain 50% blood if we really use it, but lying down, 100% blood > brain NOURISHMENT. When I had a 50% comp my brain was butter after test.
another tip from expert est takers: during test, phase out everything around you. make it seem as if test is only thing you know how to do, not have to do, so you do well like its normal breathing.
