Taking physics at a community college?

Can I take Physics 1 and 2 at a community college? It's not in my major and i am taking it in the summer. I want to know if I can take it to save some money? How will adcoms look at it?

I think it will be fine, if its not the 1-3 schools that do not accept any CC whatsoever. Physics at my university is known to be time consuming so I know quite a few people that took it at a cc and got into dental school in my state.
