I currently enroll in a university but the physics courses here are really bad, and by bad I mean the professors are horrible especially for labs. I read reviews on rate my professors and asked various sources and they all recommend to take the lab at a CC. I am taking the lecture at my university, but I'm afraid the lab will end horribly. I know taking at the CC will definitely give me an A. However, I'm not sure if taking the lab at a CC will negatively impact my application. Please offer your advice, thank you.

I took all three terms of physics lecture and physics lab at a CC. I still got in. You'll be fine.

Wow that's great, thank you for your reply 🙂

If you're asking whether it can matter to an admissions committee not only which courses you took and what grades you received, but where you took the courses, the answer is yes.

I graduated with a B.A in Sociology & took all of my pre-reqs at a community college. I was accepted to Pacific and ICO! As long as you do well on your OAT--I don't think it matters where you take your classes.

As long as you do well on the lab, it shouldn't matter where you took it, but also don't make it a habit of taking all of your pre-reqs at different colleges. Taking a couple of classes outside of your university should be fine.
