I took pre med requirements over the summer at a local state school, and I didn't do that well. If I took them again at my school during the school year, would I have the transfer credits from the summer classes? Could I get away with taking them at my school without the record of me taking them during the summer at a different school?

Thanks

PS-Not trying to be dishonest or cheat the system or do anything extremely horrible, I just want to know if this has been done before.

So you are trying to not be dishonest or cheat, but you don't want to report what you are required to report. That sounds like being dishonest and trying to cheat the system (which can't be cheated).

Short answer, your grades will be averaged. So a 3 credit C and a 3 credit A will be averaged to 6 credit B.

When you apply to med schools, you must declare any college-level classes you have taken and submit the transcripts from any college (community college included) that you have attended, so no, you cannot get away without the summer credits.

If you apply DO, the retake grades will replace the original grade.
If you apply MD, the retake grade will be factored in along with the original grade.
