Taking Step 3 as a resident

I'm a second year internal medicine resident and plan to take step 3 in the next month or so. I've started reading but realize I only have a couple hours each evening and mostly weekends free. I want to maximize my time and have decided to just read through Crush Step 3 once and do the USMLEWORLD questions and cases. Is there anything that would be better?

for your situation it sounds like your doing the right thing. If you got time try to do questions on Kaplan step3 q-bank too. There much improved.
