Someone told me about a few apps. I mean UWorld is probably the stable. Also they have a few other apps out there First Aid, Lange, Intern 911 Pearls, other question banks. Some of them are very expensive though such as first aid 50$ for the app. So you may do better just buying the book? up to you.
