Taking the test on a wednesday

where does that place some1 test results coming in at if they take it on a Wednesday... are they still 3 Wednesdays off or 4?

I think for people who take it wednesday they have been getting it 3 weeks later (the 3rd Wednesday = 21 days). However, any test after Aug 10 isn't getting results until October according to the recent NBME message.
