Oh, I can bring it home.

This is the same arrogant mentality that many CRNAs possess, namely their belief that they are correct and "if only we'd listen to them" the world would not only allow but want a CRNA involved in every situation. This completely disregards consensus and puts individual opinion above reality. And they will argue it until people stop questioning it using whatever ammo (even in the form of anecdotes) to bolster their opinion.

Some people in this world believe they are always right -- no matter what -- and, at least in my estimation and experience, those are usually the scariest and most-dangerous people to be around.
