Hello,
I am looking to sell my townhome in the exclusive Temple Terrace neighborhood of Tampa, by golfcourses and with night-light tennis and pool in the manicured, established Meadowood community. My home is at 8706 Plum Ln, and a link with pictures and a detailed description follows. It is a 2bed/1.5bath townhome just behind the Temple Terrace Church of Christ off of Bullard Pkwy at 8706 Plum Ln, now reduced to $115K as I have moved on for residency from the neighborhood. This would also be an excellent choice for any medical students at USF COM, as it is about half-way between the downtown hospitals and the USF/VA campus, is serene and scenic.
I will also provide $5K for a reference that brings a buyer on date of closing.
