Hi All,
I have a phone interview with Target on Monday and would like some advise on how to go about. Its going to be situational based interview so any experience with Target interviews would be great.
Also, Target is considering both "Part time staff position in Batavia, NY and the FT Float position which will almost immediately turn into a Pharmacy Manager role"
How does target compare to other retail? I heard that in general Target is not as busy and has lunch and good benefits while it has poor management and outdated system.But as a floater, i heard that driving time and gas money will not be compensated and that the area can go very far. Please if you have any advise or comments or past history about Target let me know.
