Upcoming VA interview for clinical position (PACT)

I have an interview coming up for a PACT position (amb care) at the VA and wanted to get some insight into what the interview process looks like and what questions would be good for me to ask them.

I’m pretty nervous since I’m an awkward interviewee but I’ll just do my best.

The VA likes performance-based interviewing ("Tell me about a time when" questions). As far as questions...ask what you genuinely want to know about the position--for example, what disease states do PACT pharmacists take care of at the facility? is it just your regular HTN/DM/lipids, or have they branched out into other things like AUD, HIV PrEP, etc...? You could also ask about how you'll be evaluated as a PACT CPP--since that can help you gauge if there are expectations that are unrealistic for you. Can't advise anything more PACT-specific, since I have never worked PACT.
