68. According to the diagrams in figure 1, all of the following statements concerning substances X, Y, and Z are false except:

Can anyone explain why D is a false statement? (I understand why C is a true statement. My problem is figuring out what makes D false.) My best theory is that the text author is using the word, "secreted," to mean, "excreted." I see all the diagrams showing a line from the arteriole to Bowman's capsule, which I thought indicated "secretion." What do you think?
 
The diagram is showing substances coming from your systemic circulation flowing into the renal artery and then into Bowman's capsule.
From there X all gets pumped into your urine, Y is mostly reabsorbed but not all of it is, and Z is completely reabsorbed after being filtered.
Z is completely reabsorbed so it's not secreted making D false.

Oh yeah, secreted means excreted in urine.

I think so too. I wanted to make sure I didn't overlook something since that word isn't a great fit.
