I forgot what the password is suppose to be. I know it has something to do with my birthday. Anyone know how they assign password for the online CBT?

you have to call during certain hours. Just keep trying since they're understaffed

They're in cali so they're about 3 or so hours time difference if you're on the east side. Everytime i've called, it's been in the afternoon to early evening here. also try emailing to see if that works

You mentioned that you're taking the class in this thread, so you should get that information from one of your teachers directly. I believe the access to accounts is slightly different for students in the class than homestudy, so that's where you should get it anyway. I don't feel good giving passwords out over a forum, so you can PM me and I can answer your questions about your access info.

Where are you taking the class? Which teachers are you talking about, because the ones who give out their cell phone numbers are great about answering?

Try calling between 10:00-12:00 pm PST or 2:00-4:00 pm PST.
