TBR Full-Lengths = AAMC Full-Lengths?

Hi all.

I'm currently plowing through the TBR physics review book and I find that the passages are very different from AAMC. That is not to say they're easier--just different. There are more knowledge-based and calculation questions than in AAMC. Has anyone seen the same thing with the TBR full-lengths?

I'm considering buying some of those full-lengths but don't want it to be a waste.
