Hi everyone,

I'm preparing to battle the beast that is the MCAT2015 in August. TBR has excellent Biochem and Bio content in general. But, it seems to be missing a few things for the new exam (as per some of the posters on SDN). It would help if we can come up with a list of what's missing in the Science content as many of us are using TBR for content review and practice. So far, I think TBR should elaborate on:

-enzymes : competitive/non competitive is mentioned, but other regulatory mechanisms are underscored such as allosteric regulation etc.

The level at which you need to understand allosteric regulation is covered in both content and passages. The key to Berkeley Review is to do the passages and go over your answers along with their explanation. Competitive vs. non-competitive is covered, what is not covered in the content is mixed inhibition. I believe this is covered in the passages though. It's in the passages where you will learn additional information and reasoning. I love TBR.
