The question is heavily passage dependent so I apologize if you don't have the book.
I just don't understand why they didn't take into account the SN2 reaction products in this answer but they answer the entire question on what the elimination product is?
Sort of pissed me off that they explained the answer as if they asked about the elimination product in the question, yet it isn't specified AND the passage clearly states that both Sub and Elimination can occur?
