TBR Solution Errors?

Hello guys,

I was wondering if the Berkeley Review books had errors in their solutions, and if so, is there a list anywhere? I can't really find a list so I'm just hoping the book is error free! But yes, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't seen one either, so I think it's safe to assume it's error free.
