Heey!!!! You people! You need all the books that are on the list! And I will sell them to you 😀

Congrats guys! TCOMer C/O 2006 here, and just feels like yesterday I was where you were. This is a great school and you will make fine physicians. We are the best DO school and in my opinion one of the better medical schools in Texas. I am interviewing now for residency and TCOM carries a good reputation at top knotch residencies.

FYI, housing is not bad here if you are used to normal US prices. You can walk to my house which is 3/4 mile from the school. I have a 3br 2 bth 2 car garage, about 1300 sqft. I have an add on the school's website and I'll be uploading pics when I get back from Penn State this week.

Good luck guys!!!

Okay...I have a question for you TCOM experts out there. I've been looking through the website and through my interview stuff, but I can't find anything about the timing of classes. I see the list of courses to be taken during the first semester, but what's the schedule like? Will we have most courses everyday? Or on, say, MWF/TR? How does that work? And is it on the website?

OMG guys.... we are no longer part of the pre-med forums!!! Doesn't that feel GREAT !!!!! We need to be posting on the MEDICAL STUDENT site. Shall we change or just hang out here?

LOL! Your class of 2010 thread is in the wrong forum. 😉

Congrats to all of you though.

Hello to all my future classmates! I was accepted early decision last October and I have been waiting for some TCOM 2010 people since then!

For all you waitlisters: I was in your shoes last year. The best thing to do is to request a file review from the Admissions Dept. (Lynn Scott did mine). Try to address all your weaknesses and then reapply. That is what I did, and I got in Early Decision the next year! I am not saying that you won't get in off the waitlist, but I was waitlisted at two schools with no love from either of them.

Look forward to seeing all of you at Spring Fling!

-Jerod

PS- Any other Baylor folks in the class? 🙂

+pad+ TCOM's offical class thread is lonely... and this thread is dying. Let's move the party over to the official TCOM's thread..... I know it's habit to linger in the pre-med forums but I'm afraid we no longer belong here...so let's all STOP posting here and move over to the osteopathic instead of the pre-osteopathic... see you there!
