could someone describe what traditional and transitional mean - like the very last section, what did they match into?
 
Someone should tell TCOM that DOs can't be dermatologists ... ergo there is a mistake on their matchlist.

It is military derm which is slightly easier to match into....but still very impressive 🙂

Ever so slightly. Still extremely impressive IMO. Unless someone can show me where MDs are waltzing into Military derm ... I think it's awesome.
 
I am TCOM 2009-er. FYI, JPS Ortho took a DO from TCOM c/o 2008 and 2009.

I matched Ob/Gyn. First DO in the program ever.

Tearing down walls and opening doors.

I don't think you are the first DO ever in the OB/GYN program there. There have been others...

Sorry, I wasn't clear on that message. I matched at another program in Texas, not JPS, that has yet to take a D.O.
