Tele psychiatry and malpractice policies

For those out in practice: does your malpractice cover telepsychiatry?

If you're involved in telepsychiatry, any concerns about litigation should a patient suicide? Or about tardive dyskinesia (i.e. you can't accurately see it on video and then miss it and get sued later)?

Make sure you tell your insurer that you're practicing telemedicine and it shouldn't be a problem at all.
