Temple housing for incoming dental students

Hey all you prospective Dental students going to Temple. Im a freshman who is selling the remainder of his lease at Summit Park Apartments. Im looking to sell my lease June 1st and I have only 1 more month left, July. After the lease is up you can go month to month. I will also pay you 100 dollars if you buy my lease. They usually make you sign a year lease. If you need a place to stay Roxbourgh is way nice and Summit Park is a very social area. There are lots of students and things to do here.
