Did anyone get an interview to Temple without doing their secondary or turning in their application fee? That's my situation. I called to ask if my application was complete and they said it was and now I have an interview there. I don't know if I'm going to go, but I was wondering if anyone else was in the same boat. My buddy also got an invite to interview without doing his secondary.

So what do you think? Should would Temple be worth the trip this late in the interview process? I've already been accepted to two other places.

will you actually make your decision based on the concensus here at SDN? i hope so.

don't go.

If I remember correctly, earlier in the season a couple in-staters posted that they had recieved an interview from Temple without having sent in a secondary. Also, there's another SDN member that posted a day or so ago that she recieved a Temple invite without sending a secondary and even after having sent them a withdrawl letter weeks or months earlier.

This happened to me at another school earlier in the season. They didn't even have my letters or recommendation or application fee. It's not a mistake, they just would want you to attend their school.

perhaps if you wait long enough, they'll grant you admission without interview <img border="0" alt="[Laughy]" title="" src="graemlins/laughy.gif" />

Go to the interview if you think you would still choose Temple over the schools you've already been accepted at.

I think if you do interview there, they will still ask you to fill out the secondary to ensure you have a complete file (and of course to get your cash$$$). At least that's what I thought I heard about other people who got interviews without doing the secondary. Either way, I think it's probably a pretty good sign about your chances (unless their admissions office is very disorganized).

I received an interview invite 2/19 and also did not complete a secondary (I posted a similar thread around that time). I have subsequently completed the secondary and sent them $55. I figure it can't hurt to go to the interview and see what happens.

I also received an interview invite before receving the secondary - very early on in the process. Subsequently, I've been accepted. Keep in mind, the secondary is very simple.
