Went to the winter one! It was an awesome time and met some really cool people! You're on your feet a lot, so make sure you wear comfie shoes!

Hey Kate did you get a chance to get an interview at Temple?

Yes I did. They offered interviews to seniors and those who already graduated. Because I wasn't applying this cycle and will be applying for Fall 2104 they said I might have to come back. Either way I thought it was
a good experience to see how interviews were conducted!

I am attending the internship next week as well. Just out of curiosity, what did they ask you at the interview, Kate?

And for anyone else who has done this in the past, is this helpful when you apply during the application cycle?

The peeps I met on the internship who were applying that cycle and interviewed both got in. I know others interviewed, but I have not stayed in touch with them to find out.
My interview was more of a conversation. I wasn't really asked any questions, and we just talked about podiatry and how I got into it. I know, weird right? I was confused when I left, but still felt positive haha. I think it was just this guys way of interviewing or because I wasn't applying that cycle.
There is a section on this site with interview feedback that you can check out previous interview questions.
I do remember reading that someone else must of had the same guy, and it was more of a conversation than drilling questions for them.

Pretty sure they still had to wait and find out!

P.S I hope you both get to go to Penn's hospital on your shadowing rotations. A few of us got to scrub in and watch some surgeries

Yes it is!! Like I said the two people I met that was their real interview, and my case was different so I may have to go back. Don't be nervous and read up on the interview feedback for possible questions.
