temple retention rate

Hi everyone. I just got the offer from temple and most likely I'll go there. But I do have a question about the retention rate for temple. Is it really a program hard to stay in? Do the faculties there like to fail any students?
I like to stay in big city but I do not want to struggle to pass the courses. If the retention rate for temple is low, maybe I should go more interview and choose other schools
